He stolen my contact number from somewhere and registered me all over the builders that i am his client and messing up everything. Stay away from him and pickup his call.

Sold several homes in new communities in Jacksonville area. Made false claims to precipitate sales based on the fact that seller provides credits towards closing (only available for preferred lender). Offers nothing as part of agent rebate if you choose lender of your preference. Other agents in the area offer 1-1.5% in rebates. He has made a fortune selling many homes by playing this card.

Stay away from him.

Anil was one of the best agents I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable about the market and helped us buy our property efficiently. If you want a realtor that will work vigorously on your behalf and stay on top of things, look no further!

Zero stars, absolute cheat. He promises to find a tenant after sale for investment property -- therefore creating interest in the sale. The catch is he would charge you a lot of money for tenant placement and rental management. Does so without a contract and upon lease is completely inaccessible. How I wish, there were some basic ethics in conducting business.

He was truly exceptional. I was introduced by one of my friend who bought an investment property. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. Service levels are amazing. I’m so thankful that I was introduced to him.

Anil was always available for any call/text. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a newly constructed townhome so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. He negotiated and made me understood the entire process in the deal.

His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended him to five of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Anil.
