Annie is an excellent realtor and we cannot recommend her highly enough! We had our house on the market for 4+ months with another realtor, so we decided to switch. We originally listed our house with a "well-seasoned" realtor who assured us it would sell quickly, however, she never developed a sales strategy, nor did she do the due diligence to establish a good list price. Annie was fantastic- if it wasn't for her I think the deal may have fallen through. The other agent should give her commission to Annie, because in the end Annie arranged everything for both sides as the other agent had basically checked out of the deal.
