Dave is a fantastic agent! He was always available when I had questions or concerns. He was very patient with us as we looked at many houses to find the perfect house for us. Dorothy helped my husband and I buy a house in Chandler while we were still living in Indiana. In fact, we fell in love with a house online that we were afraid would sell before we could fly down. Dorothy helped us understand our best options, we made an offer, flew down and had the inspection, and went back home to Indiana for all the signing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helfpful, and almost always available when we needed to talk to her. I would recommend her to anyone. She helped my brother and his wife find their home and in a couple of years when my parents move down here I have no doubt that shell help them as well. We love our house and the area we live in. She 100% steered us on the right direction!!

We were an out-of-town couple who called Dorthy because we saw a For Sale sign in a neighborhood we liked. In other words, we were not a "high probability of sale" client. Despite that, Dorthy repeatedly went out of her way to locate and show us houses that she believed we might be interested in. And yet there was never any hint of pressure. When we did decide to make an offer, Dorthy guided us expertly through the process, recommended different contractors for estimating and then performing necessary repairs, and followed-up very quickly on every offer and counter offer made. If every agent was as good as Dorthy the satisfaction level for both buyers and sellers would be a lot higher than I suspect it is.

The team helped us through a long and difficult process. Without their expert help we wouldn't have been able to negotiate the legal mine field of selling our home. My husband had a stroke five years ago and was unable to help with anything. It was a difficult to wrestle with the fact we weren't able to stay any longer under the circumstances. After twenty years of living in a home we loved it was a heart breaking experience

How do I even begin this review as I have nothing but praise for this team, the level of professionalism that I received is immeasurable. The initial consultation with Dave was eye opening and by the end of our hour long phone conversation, I mean who does that? people who care that is, he left me feeling at ease and better about myself over my circumstances. His knowledge and personal experiences are invaluable when it comes to helping people. Janet was amazing, her communication with me never lapsed and I could truly feel the care she has for clients over text messages. And Lori, last but certainly not least, took time out of her busy schedule to help me go through all the details of my paperwork and through it all with a sweet smile on her face, I have made a friend for life.
