Eric assisted me with the purchase of my first home. He guided me through the process, and answered all of my questions as we moved towards a closing date. There were several times where my contract could have fallen apart with a less experienced realtor, but Eric made sure I made it to the closing table as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

His name should be Johnny bc he was Johnny on the spot. He had someone for every need. Made selling my home seem effortless. I needed my driveway pressure washed and a few items repaired in the house and he got people out immediately to get the home ready. His professional pics were flawless allowing me to set the highest price per square foot in my neighborhood at the time. We were under contract in less than 24 hrs and he also helped in negotiations preventing the buyer in their attempt to take advantage of me. I now have a life long realtor. One of the top agents in the metro area and by far the hardest working, Eric prides himself on being available to his customer 24/7 and always having a solution! There is no one I'd rather learn real estate from or have represent me when purchasing or selling a home... he is a master of his trade.

Mr. Hernandez was incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and spoke with such confidence that it eased the stress one can have during a selling process. He immediately pointed out minor things that could use a little improvement in order to make a bigger impact. With his construction background I felt comfortable trusting him. He didn’t let me raise a finger and instead sent over his own crew to make those minor adjustments. After that my house sold faster than anticipated, and I got more than asking price.
