Represented us in both sale of old home and purchase of new one. On sale, didn’t even have open house for six months. Event was not advertised . Switched agents and got our asking price within a month. On purchase of new house, he lied to us about radon problem and as a result, he had to pay for radon remediation. Always had to feeling that we were not a big enough “fish” for him to waste much time on us.

Greg & his assistant, Bridget, are as thick as thieves and lack integrity and honesty, and simply just don't care. They lied to the buyer of our home and ended up having to pay for the mess they made by doing so. Then they told the buyer they could move in before closing without asking me first. Greg just lets everyone else do his job for him, and doesn't care when they mess everything up. Almost lost the buyer a few days before closing. Very disappointed.

I have been using Greg for my real estate transactions since 2013. He has handled multiple transactions for me. I give Greg and his team 5 stars.
