"I got a couple of flyers from Jeff in my mail and saved it as I like the testimonials. I had listed my townhouse with a realtor friend and I was getting below market value offers. I called Jeff at 8am and he immediately responded politely. (He is up at 5am so is great to know I was able to call him early in the morning on my way to work .... not the case with other realtors). Jeff gave me the advise to get a professional photographer and create an excitement for house. I communicated this to my realtor who was still stuck on a below market value offer. I decided to pay a fee to get out of that realtor and go with Jeff. I had a good feeling about Jeff. Sure enough he exceeded my expectations.
