We had been looking for a home for 2 years and within a month of making contact with Wemert Group we were under contract on a new build. I'm so grateful to Marli Adams for diligently searching for a new home for us.

We chose Wemert based on feedback from friends and reputation. Moving from Apopka, our home was listed by Corey Welch and for the purchase of our new home in Windermere, we went with Danielle O'Quinn. Both choices were specific based on their existing reputations for transactions in those areas. With the market turning sales in Windermere within hours, we needed a high level of communication and commitment to pull off a rapid transaction. -Within hours of finding a home in Windermere, Danielle helped us formulate an offer and persuaded the sellers agent to take our slightly over full price offer immediately. With that locked down (after weeks of not having any luck due to short supply), Corey placed our existing home for sale on MLS. -Again, within 45 mins of listing, we had offers prior to the house being seen. We ultimately selected an offer from a legitimate family (vs some investor). Closing on both homes was a breeze given both Corey and Danielle's professionalism and dedication to doing the right thing by us! We will absolutely use Wemert Group again and highly recommend both Corey and Danielle!!!

Lauren helped us thru our extended house hunting in this frustrating market for buyers. When we started looking for a house in the Orlando area in late 2021, we began with Redfin and had an agent through them who it turned out was not interested in doing any follow-up on a property or listing unless we were ready to make an offer, which we found very odd! Then we switched to a Zillow partner agent from Wemert Group Realty since the group seemed to have good reviews, who connected us to her colleague Lauren based on the areas we were interested in. Lauren is very friendly, and is always available to show us properties we were interested in at short notice. We recently closed on a townhome that we really liked in Lake Mary and couldn't have done it without the patience, promptness and due diligence that we consistently experienced from Lauren throughout the process. We would hire her again if we are again looking to buy or sell in the future, and would highly recommend her and the extended team at Wemert Group Realty (for example, Jennifer and Sandy were great help for all the follow-up and coordination once our offer was accepted).

We absolutely had the best experience working with this group. Our agent Eric Krockmeyer was phenomenal. Never have we had someone work so hard to meet our needs. We would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use him in the future.

Working with our realtor, Robb Landis, has been a dream! We do not live in Orlando, so Robb ran around town for us so we could get videos of homes we were interested in, answered all our questions in a timely manner, and was extremely fun yet professional. My wife and I am absolutely without a doubt recommend Wemert Realty group if you were looking to buy a home in the central Florida area! To provide context, my wife and I are first time homebuyers and we currently reside in Pennsylvania. My wife had found out and was looking into Wemert realty group through their Facebook page and noticed that they had a five out of five stars and we figured that they were our best bet to look for a home in Florida in this crazy market. We got paired up with Cindy Riggs, Who was beyond incredible throughout the entire experience answering all of our questions and responding promptly to our texts and emails. Being that my wife and I live in Pennsylvania we took some extended time off of work to drive down to Florida, meet Cindy, and we're lucky enough to look at 11 homes and put bids on three of them.. unfortunately... We lost them all due to better offers including one that was paid in all cash. Again, just an absolutely insane market to be in for buying a home.. Fast forward about three weeks later, Cindy had reached out to my wife and I and advised us of a listing that had not even hit the market yet. Unfortunately, my wife and I were unable to take any additional time off work and would not be able to see the property in person... Cindy and her coworker Jennifer Rigsby were able to convince the sellers to take a video walk-through of their house for us and we fell in love with the property and found out it was minutes away from our friends! After reviewing the video walk-through and working with Cindy we decided to put in an offer, eventually received a counter offer and secured the home!! Outside of the property itself... Cindy and the whole Wemert Team helped us with; inspectors, homeowners insurance recommendation, closing details, etc. anything that had to do with the homebuying process, Wemert either had an answer or a recommendation for my wife and I.

Ashley is an amazing agent! She worked with our family to find a place in Florida within our moving timeline. She was alway responsive and spent a whole weekend showing us houses in the central FL area. Each day planned out to make the most of our time. By the end of our weekend we went under contract on a home. I highly recommend her to anyone! We will be using Ashley for our realtor needs!

Rob was amazing. If I needed it, he knew how to get it solved......from disposing of unneeded household items, to getting handy work done to suggestions about preparation. My realtor friend in update NY put me in contact with Raheem, as we were looking to sell our home and didn't know a realtor in our area. She couldn't have picked a better match for us. He ran the dishwasher for me when I forgot and there was a showing coming up, he was there for a four hour window to get our alarm system removed (we now live out of town.)
