- Jerome helped me buy a home
Close to effortless! This was my first time buying a house and during a pandemic. Luckily for me Jerome and Chantell Leyba of Red or Green Properties walked me through the process with professionalism and honest guidance evident from their experience. Both Jerome and Chantell were available and knowledgeable to answers all of my questions staying on top of task between timeframe, negotiations and paper work. They work hard, are skilled and genuinely care. Yes, I highly recommend this dynamic duo and if I had to sell and buy again it would be with Jerome and Chantell Leyba.
Working with Jerome for my first home purchase could not have been a better experience. I was just beginning my search and in no hurry, and honestly not fully prepared for the whole purchase process, but then we found a home that we had to submit an offer on. After a quick offer acceptance, I was thrown into the whole process less prepared than I'd like to have been, but Jerome was patient and helped me understand each step. There were a few snags along the way and he was helpful while still allowing me to steer the negotiation process. In then end, everything worked out and thanks to Jerome I am a first-time homeowner. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call him up if I'm ever in the market again.
