      I can't say enough positive things about my realtor. I worked with Ken Mucha from the beginning of my home search through the closing, and he was available and helpful every step of the way. He was incredibly responsive and relationship-oriented and he almost makes you feel like you are his only client! I am a first-time home buyer and Ken made the experience as stress free as it could have been! Great recommendations when I asked for them and no pressure to use them or to look at houses outside of my price range. Was a great first home buying experience! Ken Mucha was wonderful through the whole process!

                This is our second time around trying to sell our house. We used Ken this time around after meeting with him he caught a mistake that was made from our previous agent in which resulted multiple showings a day. Ken is very knowledgeable, professional, direct, and he respond back to us immediately. Ken would make phone calls to agents, contractors and whomever we ask him to because my wife and I have no clue in real estate. My wife and I are extremely happy with Ken's service and he was able to sell our house within a month (minus the first buyer's offer couldn't get finance). Not only did we use Ken to sell our house we also had Ken buy our new house. We would recommend Ken to all our friends and anyone who is looking to sell or buy.

                  Ken Mucha is a superior real estate agent. He has high energy and 17 years of experience, and it shows. He went over & beyond to make sure my house was seen by as many people as possible, with tons of advertising and marketing. He remained in close contact weekly to keep me informed of what was going on and suggestions of how to move the house as quickly as possible. Ken is also very pleasant, responsive and reliable. As our listing agent, I truly felt that Ken was always representing our best interests. He always looked at every decision from our point of view and not the buyers. We also appreciate how well he communicated all the steps involved in the selling process. Ken is a great that gets results.

                • Ken helped me buy a home

                    Out of town buyers here, so that was worrisome and complex! We were looking to move to the Bend/Sisters area with very little knowledge of neighborhoods, geography, schools, and so on, and had only a few days to look and learn. Ken not only took up most of his weekend showing us the homes we were interested in, but in between appointments he used that time to show us the neighborhoods, the good and bad points of particular areas and so on. I very much got the sense that he really wanted to figure out our preferences and needs versus just pushing us to buy a suitable home quickly. And when WE made the mistake of choosing a home we decided shortly afterwards was not really what we wanted, he calmly had us regroup and take time on our mutual checklist and we basically started over! I am sure it was frustrating for him, but you would never know it, he never skipped a beat. We revised our search strategy, but by this time, we had to go back to the Midwest and rely on Ken to scout properties for us. We found a promising home shortly afterwards from his suggested listings, he immediately made an appointment to get in there to take pics and video for us, and we put an offer on the house the next day from Illinois. He made it a complex and sometimes emotional decision making process much easier than I thought it could be with the distance. He responded to all emails, calls very quickly and seemed to never have a cut off time for work, when we needed something, we heard from him at all hours of the day. I would highly recommend him for anyone, but the relocation and out of town buying experience we had was excellent.

                      Ken Mucha helped our family purchase a vacation property in Sunriver. Our family found several houses we wanted to see and I contacted Ken since his firm was the listing company for one of the houses we were particularly interested in. I called on a Wednesday. He picked up the phone immediately and sent me more info on the houses and we scheduled a time on Friday for previews. I saw all the houses and later that day we decided to put an offer in for our favorite. Ken had the offer prepared in no time and we had it in the sellers hands (elec) before close of business that same day. Less than a month later, we are the new owners of a fantastic house. Ken is a personable guy, prompt, anticipatory and follows through. Never pushy. He provided good advice and helped us navigate the world of a vacation property in a resort community. I wouldn't hesitate using Ken again for future real estate needs or questions.
