Kyle has been great to work with. He understood our needs and has gone above and beyond to help us sell our house. One hella of realtor if anyone wants someone trust worthy!

When my husband and I moved back to Spokane Kyle was there to help us when problems with our first agent occurred. We had sold our home on the coast but had not yet relocated and searching online is not always easy. Kyle was able to step right in, help us navigate postings and coordinate showings with our daughter and son-in-law who live in Spokane. When a house was a potential contender Kyle went the extra mile, working with our schedule to make the trip to Spokane. When we found a home that was for sale by owner Kyle didn't discourage us. He stayed with us, coordinated inspections and took ownership for the closing process, which the seller was grateful having an experienced agent

Kyle had a contact for everything we needed done to make the home saleable. And at reasonable, if not exceptional cost. Also, he shared with us what NOT to spend money on. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Kyle takes on your interests as if they were his own. His knowledge and expertise were instrumental in helping us get the most for our old home and the best deal for our new property.

I really enjoyed working with Kyle. He is knowledgeable and hardworking. He kept us updated and involved throughout the entire process. I will definitely go to him again for our next home purchase and/or sale.
