I would recommend him for purchasing a property. He made the process so easy even though the seller declined a request I really wanted but knew it was a long shot

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He is fun and up beat and makes sure all my questions were answered. The best part is I didnt feel any pressure to make a decision I didnt want to make. We paid a little extra but it was worth it as I wanted to do what I could to get our home.

Mike was great. I really enjoyed working with him! he was always available when we needed him and after not liking what was on the market, he found us an off market property so we didnt have any competition for offers. The location is perfect and that made the process easy after getting accepted. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home even in the less expensive area!
