  • Pete listed, but didn't sell, my home

Working with Pete began as a pleasant experience, yet also turned nasty really quickly. After overlooking a much needed signature on an offer sheet, Pete caused me to lose a deposit that was due to me. Instead of admitting this mistake (I instead had to take blame, since I too missed the signature), Pete also berated me with insults and kept telling me that I was "not allowed to ask questions" to him. This also followed a period for which I was in the hospital, yet Pete did not care enough to check on my vacant house during these two weeks. During this time, a window was broken from the inside and all the backyard grass died from a realtor or prospective buyer shutting off all the water. Pete not only did not check on the house, but blamed me for these conditions arising. This goes along with the negative sentiment I had towards this office due to the "frat boy" humor and environment that was taking place. If you want an entire office to hang up the phone with you and share a whole bunch of laughs at your personal issues, then this is the place for you! The way this firm treats their clients is disturbing and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of that!
