I don't look forward to real estate transactions. I have had mixed experiences in the past and given what's at stake, it's important to me to have a real estate agent who is an honest advocate on my behalf. Phil and Paige did a great job for me and handled details I couldn't take care of myself because I was in another state. They were always easy to reach and able to resolve issues with minimal hassle. If you want an agent who is honest and will communicate clearly and honestly with you, go with Phil.

We have used Phil at Go Sold three times now (two home purchases and one home sale) and we have been super happy with him each time. He is extremely responsive, always keeping you up to date and in the loop. He never puts pressure on you to do anything you're not really comfortable with. He is available all day/night/weekend. His team is really fantastic (Paige especially!). They really go above and beyond to get the deal done and ensure you are happy all along the way. We have recommended him to our friends and family and he has given them the same excellent service each time.

Phil is just damn good. Sorry for the intensity there but we just closed a very complex deal 1 hour ago. I am an investor and was selling a home in Gilbert AZ. It was left in difficult shape by the tenants who lived there for over 10 years and it was just time to wrap this one up. Phil and his office were extraordinary thought the whole deal. I am out of state and I needed someone who was willing (and able to) work through the logistics of getting subs and contractors involved to make the deal go through (a lot of extra work) and to do it in a way where I preserved much of my own capital. Originally much earlier, Phil contacted me just letting me know they are there and if I was interested in selling. Normally I don't take people coming to me, but I did sense he was great with people and very good at sales (I want someone good at sales). Anyhow, if you are an investor or someone who lives in the neighborhood, Phil is good....very good, dedicated, positive and driven to do whatever it took to close the deal and super sensitive to my needs and guidance vs just wanting to make a sale. This is a significant point. Anyhow, I hope this review gives people information that benefits them in their choice in agents. I would love to write something negative but on that, I have nothing to say.
