Certainly, Scott Wolfe and his new assistant are successful in helping their clients to find their dream home. However, It does make them good realtors who are ethical or professional. An agent who has no knowledge or regard of workplace conduct and moral values is not capable, in my opinion, to provide any quality services. Scott Wolfe, being a family man and a father of two children, allowed his unprofessional and inappropriate behavior towards his new assistant to happen at his workplace shortly after he hired her. This ruined his 24 year marriage and caused financial hardships to his estranged family due to him withholding child support and restricting access to mutual assets. All while paying his assistant a salary and percentage of his sales. If moral values and unethical behavior do not concern you, certainly go ahead and use this money hungry “power couple” but know that if you have issues with the deal or the house afterwards they will treat you how they treat people who stand on the way of their wealth and power. They will disregard your concerns and will never contact you again unless you are bringing them more money in the future. However, they will be your “friends” and invite you to dinners if they are interested in your connections or wealth. If these are the people you want to buy or sell you home with, then Scott Wolfe and his group are the agents for you.
