Terrance has been great to work with as first time home buyers. The level of effort and commitment he carries is impressive to say the least. Despite losing two offers on separate homes, Terrance always encouraged us to buy smart and not get in a bidding war that turns the house into a bad investment. Thankfully we listened and were able find a home in Fishers without paying an arm and a leg to get in the door.
