At a time when certain pockets of Florida (Fort Myers in general, and Alva in particular) are still stumbling toward recovery and trying to catch up to the rest of the nation, Steve was able to sell our home in Alva, Florida and the Riverwind Cove community. While the area itself is beautiful and many homes are on the Caloosahatchee River, the community is best for already established families, as opposed to snowbirds. This can make it difficult to sell in this neighborhood despite its charm. However, Steve did the impossible through exemplary marketing techniques and his own innovative program and remains one of the only agents of note to have sold a home in the Riverwind Cove community in recent months, even though a number of homes are for sale in that area and particular community.
