Steve and his partner definitely went above and beyond in helping us sell my mother's home. Between my mother's health issues and recent loss of her husband, she was in a fragile mental state and Steve and his team were extremely considerate of handling appointments and offers. Although presenting all offers, they made certain to scrutinize paperwork and financials to help us make the best decisions we could. Since the house was vacant for a time, Steve made sure to let us know when it needed any work and arranged for cleaners, lawn work and helped us find a reliable air conditioning company to make a quick repair. When we discovered a small construction issue with the home, they helped us navigate options for repairs, got the house under contract and sold even with the work pending. They treated my mother like a friend and not just a client and communicated regularly with us to make sure we got an offer and closed quickly.

Steve made our rental process very smooth and a lot less stressful. After having worked with several realtors, and still not finding what we wanted, we were very relieved to have come across Steve. He understood what we were looking for, and my family’s needs. (with two large dogs, it was not easy) At the end, he showed us so many good options, we actually had a hard time deciding. I appreciated that he would follow up, had our documents ready in a timely manner, and made the overall stressful process of moving so much easier. As a native to this area, it was such an asset to have a realtor who knew the city even better than we did.
