Trevor McCoy became our realtor in 2023 and it was the best decision we could have made! Buying and/or selling your home can be very daunting to say the least. We were purchasing our second home, selling our first. He knew we were going into this as second time home buyers, however, he asked us questions and got a real sense of our house buying knowledge to accurately gauge what level of expertise we needed from him to be successful. We learned so much more from him and realized just how little we'd educated ourselves the first time around. • He really pays attention to your wish list-every detail is accounted for in some way and if it can't, he provides you with ways you can utilize the space to accommodate it. • He has created the perfect checklist that he would give to us for each house we saw. It helped so much more than trying to go off pictures and memories of houses that started to blend together. It really helped us keep them straight and when it came to offers it really helped us decide which ones we actually wanted to offer on vs ones we 'thought' we might want to offer on. And if we got confused, he knew exactly which house we meant or what detail about it we were trying to remember. • He made a very stressful process literally stress free! He handled EVERYTHING and I mean everything and communicated to us the entire way through. His organization skills are on point. We bought a house that had sat empty and was owned by a company - he quickly found a local contact person, advocated for us the entire process of getting the utilities turned on to ensure we had an accurate inspection and coordinated it all. When selling our house we needed repairs and he was able to recommend reputable sources and coordinated everything for us. He literally went above and beyond in every way. Trevor is our realtor of choice indefinitely! What he brings to the experience is just unmatched and we're truly grateful to have had the experience we did and know it was because of him.
